Shipping & Delivery
You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the delivery of the products you purchase on the US Site as specified on your order confirmation. You may choose the shipping method you prefer between Standard and Express, with option of courier choice. Remember that the delivery times include working days only, and that holidays are not considered. Please note the courier UPS and FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or to General Delivery/Poste Restante addresses. The website should automatically recognize the Country from where you are connecting. It is possible to change the Country of delivery by clicking on the link Delivery Country. Orders made from a Country site different from the one you are shipping to, or to addresses to which we are unble to ship (U.S Territories, General Delivery addresses, A.P.O., F.P.O. or P.O. Boxes), will be automatically cancelled.

Orders & Product
All orders are subject to e-mail confirmation by us. Please note that the products displayed on the US Site may be out-of-stock or discontinued which most likely will have less quantities that you can order of such item, and availability is not guaranteed. Please note that while we have tried to accurately display the colors of products, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and may not be accurate.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
You can choose to pay with Credit Card or Debit Card through PayPal checkout of your Shopping Bag.
We accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discovery and International major credit cards along with such cards as Carte Bancaire and Eurocard.

If you choose to pay with a pre-paid Card, remember to keep it and not throw it away after making your purchase, as you may need it in case of a refund.For orders paid by Credit Card or Debit Card, you will be charged on the date in which the package is dispatched. You will only pay for the products that have actually been shipped. We guarantee the highest security level for every purchase. Payment and delivery data are collected through the most technologically advanced codification systems (SSL) and our Online Store uses a VeriSign secure server and an AlphaSSL certificate to ensure maximum protection. Checkout processing transaction will be through PayPal, for US and International transaction.

All prices are in US Dollars. Prices may change without notice. The total invoice price (Total amount due) is inclusive of Sales Tax applied with individual State and local regulations according to the State of your shipping address. For shipping internationally, just select your country and currency, add items to your bag and then click on the Checkout button. We will calculate and guarantee the lowest possible order total in your preferred currency, including any applicable duties, and taxes as determined by the destination country's customs authority. This estimation will also be equal or less than the exact Sales Tax applied. Exact charges will be calculated automatically after your order is shipped and the final order total is indicated in the invoice you will receive with the Shipping Confirmation e-mail.

On promotion situations: If you have received a personal code, issued on special occasions, that enables you to take advantage of exclusive promotions on services and products offered by our Online Store. The "Promotional Code" space is displayed in the first page of the Shopping Bag: enter your Code and click Apply to obtain your new total.
Viewing Orders
You will find the history of all the orders placed as a registered user within the My Orders area within My Account. You may view the details of every order and return, and follow the delivery by checking the USPS, UPS or Fedex Tracking Number which was provided on your updated order Notes comments.
You can also check order info from Order Status page.
Updating Account Information
You may update your registration details at any time: log in to My Account and enter the Registration Details section. You can modify all your personal information except the Country in which you are registered. Click SEND to save your changes.
If you have forgotten your Password click on the link Forgot your Password? which can be found in all areas of the website where your account details are required. Enter the e-mail address with which you registered and you will receive an e-mail with the necessary information in a matter of minutes.
