RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We have created a very easy return & refund procedure in order to make your online shopping experience pleasant, even when you are not fully satisfied with your purchase.

You can return any item purchased on our Online Store within 20 days from the delivery date. Here’s how:

Due to merchandising restrictions, all returns must be shipped from the same country they were purchased from.

If you would like to return an item, please contact us for return request and a  RMA authorization number will be provided by email.

• Make sure the items are in the same condition you received them in, with all tags still attached.

• Fill out the emailed return questionnaire in order to get a Return Number

You will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) along with instructions on how to send your order back to us. Returns received without an RMA will be sent back to the customer, no exceptions.

• Refund will not include shipping charges that you may incur when sending merchandise back to us. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• We will refund shipping charges included from the total cost of your order.

• You may send the return using a courier of your choice.

• For your security we suggest you use a trackable and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for any lost packages.

Ship products to the address given to you by e-mail.

Your return will be accepted within 3 working days from the delivery date at our facility. Refunds will be issued only for properly returned items. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, we will not be able to issue the refund and the package will be sent back to you. You may keep track of the return status through the My Account or UPS or FedEx Tracking Number given to you by the return confirmed email.

Refund

Once we have received your return at our facility, we will refund your credit card and send you an email stating that your return is completed. Credits normally take 3-5 business days to appear on your credit card statement.

Notes: 

• We cannot accommodate exchanges at this time

• Clothing, beachwear and accessories of any items from sample and charity sales are FINAL. From time to time, we may designate other merchandise non-returnable. Any such designation will be noted on the Product Page of non-returnable products. You must send your return from the same country in which you placed your order.

Remember that the delivery times include working days only, and that holidays are not considered.

Please note the courier UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or to General Delivery/Poste Restante addresses.

COUNTRIES TO WHICH WE DELIVER

The website should automatically recognize the Country from which you are connecting.

It is possible to change the Country of delivery by clicking on the link to the country change that you can find in the corner of every page, with the exception of the Shopping Bag.

Orders made from a Country site different from the one you are shipping to, or to addresses to which we are unble to ship (U.S Territories, General Delivery addresses, A.P.O., F.P.O. or P.O. Boxes), will be automatically cancelled.

TRACKING THE DELIVERY

You may track the delivery of your order by using the Tracking Number provided by the UPS courier.

You will find the Tracking Number for your order either in My Order or in the shipping confirmation e-mail.

Registered users can also check the status of their orders in My Account. The UPS courier service delivers from Monday to Friday during office hours and you cannot pre-book delivery times. The courier will try to deliver the package for three consecutive working days, leaving a notification each time, with a UPS contact number. Undelivered packages will be returned to our warehouse.

PAYMENT

Payment by Credit Card

You can choose to pay with Credit Card or Debit Card on the first page of your Shopping Bag.

We accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and JCB. Before paying with Visa ELECTRON you must obtain authorisation by the issuer for online purchase.

If you choose to pay with a pre-paid Card, remember to keep it and not throw it away after making your purchase, as you may need it in the case of refund.

We guarantee the highest security level for every purchase. Payment and delivery data are collected through the most technologically advanced codification systems (SSL) and our store uses a VeriSign secure server and an AlphaSSL certificate to ensure maximum protection.

Payment with PayPal

You may select PayPal as a payment method on the first page of your Shopping Bag. 

By clicking on PROCEED TO CHECKOUT, after having confirmed the details of your purchase, you will be taken to the PayPal login page where you can enter your account and conclude your payment.

If you do not have a PayPal account yet, you can create one from the PayPal login page or pay without login, before concluding your order.

FAQ

How can I view my orders?

You will find the history of all orders placed as a registered user within the My Orders area under the My Account section. You may view the details of every order and return, and follow the delivery by checking the USPS, UPS or Fedex Tracking Number, which was provided on your updated order. You can also check order info from (Follow your order) Order Status  page.

How do I update my account information?

You may update your registration details at any time by simply logging in, clicking on My Account, and locating the Registration Details section. You can modify all of your personal information except the country in which you are registered. Click SEND to save your changes.

What do I do if I have forgotten my password?

If you have forgotten your password, click on the link Forgot your Password? which can be found in all areas of the website where your account details are required. Enter the e-mail address with which you registered and you will receive an e-mail with the necessary information to recover your password.

MY ACCOUNT

CREATING AN ACCOUNT Registered users can take advantage of the following benefits:

  • use the Wish List to save their favorite products
  • save their shipping addresses in the Address Book to complete the checkout process more quickly
  • access all information regarding orders and returns through My Orders.

Registering with My Account is free and takes just a second: register now.

CHANGING YOUR ACCOUNT DETAILS :

You may update your registration details at any time: log in to My Account and enter the Registration Details section. You can modify all your personal information except the Country in which you are registered. Click SEND to save your changes.

If you have forgotten your Password click on the link Forgot your Password? which can be found in all areas of the website where your account details are required. Enter the e-mail address with which you registered and you will receive an e-mail with the necessary information in a matter of minutes.

 

WHISH LIST

Registered users can save their favorite products in the Wish List. You can view the Product Page of the items saved in your Wish List at any time, or add them directly to your Shopping Bag.

To save a new item, select the color and size on the Product Page and click on ADD TO WISH LIST. Please remember that adding a product to the Wish List does not mean reserving it: other customers may purchase the same product before you.

You can also choose to receive an e-mail warning when there is only one left of an item you have added to your Wish List.

MY ADDRESS BOOK

The Address Book is the section in which you can save your shipping addresses.

By logging in to My Account before concluding your order, you can call up the addresses saved in your Address Book directly in the Shopping Bag, making your purchases even easier.

You can modify your addresses at any time and also choose a primary address, which will automatically appear in your Shopping Bag.

MY ORDERS

You will find the history of all the orders placed as a registered user within the My Orders area.

You may view the details of every order and return, and follow the delivery by checking the Tracking Number. To track your order go to Follow your order area , which will provide My Order info.
