Before submitting your order, please use the product template or measurement guide provided on the product page when creating your artwork. Following the recommended dimensions and artwork specifications helps ensure accurate sizing, proper placement, and the best possible print results. Artwork that does not follow the provided guidelines may require adjustments or approval before production can begin.

Steps to Place Your Order

Custom gift items are made just for you. Follow these simple steps to place your order.

1. Choose Your Product

Select your custom product, preferred color, and size (if applicable).

2. Create Your Proof Online

Use our online proof builder to upload and position your artwork inside the imprint guide. Download both your proof PNG and original artwork file. Share both through WeTransfer, Google Drive, or Dropbox, and paste the file-sharing link in the Order Notes at checkout.

3. Choose Your Quantity

Select the number of items you wish to order.

4. Complete Checkout

Paste your file-sharing link into the Order Notes section at checkout.

Include any custom text, artwork details, color preferences (RGB, CMYK, or Pantone), and special instructions.

Every proof is reviewed and confirmed by Acossi Jeans before printing begins.

Production & Shipping

Production time: 3–7 business days after artwork approval.

Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days after production, depending on the shipping destination.

Returns

RETURNS — PERSONALIZED & CUSTOM PRINT PRODUCTS

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrectly printed, or does not match your confirmed order specifications, please contact Acossi Jeans within 18 calendar days of delivery.

Returns for personalized and custom-print products are handled on a case-by-case basis. To submit a return claim, please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the affected product(s). Additional photographs or return of the merchandise may be required to verify the issue.

If your claim is approved, Acossi Jeans will provide return instructions and an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, reprint, refund, or store credit, depending on the circumstances.

Because personalized and custom-print products are made specifically for each customer, returns are generally not accepted for change of mind, customer-approved artwork or spelling errors, incorrect information supplied by the customer, or products that were produced correctly according to the approved order.

Return Shipping Responsibility

If a return is required because of a verified production error, defect, damage, or incorrect item caused by Acossi Jeans or one of our production partners, Acossi Jeans will be responsible for the authorized return shipping cost.

If a return is approved for a reason that is not the result of an error by Acossi Jeans or our production partners, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, as these charges cover shipping and delivery services already provided.

Acossi Jeans is not responsible for unauthorized returns, return shipping costs incurred without prior approval, or merchandise lost or damaged during an unauthorized return shipment.

Please do not return any merchandise without first contacting Acossi Jeans and receiving return authorization and instructions.

How should I select my imprint colors?

Please choose your imprint colors and artwork carefully to ensure the best possible print quality and visibility.

Some products have a limited print area on a solid-colored item, while others offer all-over printing. For products with limited print areas, we recommend selecting colors that provide strong contrast with the product color. Avoid using artwork colors that closely match the product or print area, as they may blend in and reduce visibility.

For the best results, use dark imprint colors on light-colored products and light imprint colors on dark-colored products.

Before any production begins, all artwork must be reviewed and approved. If our production team identifies any potential issues with visibility, color contrast, sizing, or print quality, we will notify you and request approval or artwork adjustments before proceeding with production.

Where are my products printed?

Your artwork is printed using professional commercial printing equipment by our trusted production and print house partners. Depending on the product you order, printing may be completed at one of several authorized production facilities to ensure consistent quality, efficient turnaround, and reliable fulfillment.

Our products are manufactured, customized, and shipped through a network of trusted production facilities and print house partners located in the United States and select international locations.

Most orders are produced and fulfilled within the United States. For select products, we partner with carefully vetted international manufacturers to offer a broader selection of promotional products while maintaining reliable production and inventory.

Every product undergoes quality control and is carefully inspected before it is shipped to ensure it meets our standards.

When will my order arrive?

Production begins after your order and artwork have been reviewed and approved.

Production typically takes 3–7 business days, followed by approximately 7–14 business days for delivery. Times may vary depending on the product, quantity, and destination.

If your order requires artwork revisions or additional approval, production will begin once those changes have been finalized.
