Before submitting your order, please use the product template or measurement guide provided on the product page when creating your artwork. Following the recommended dimensions and artwork specifications helps ensure accurate sizing, proper placement, and the best possible print results. Artwork that does not follow the provided guidelines may require adjustments or approval before production can begin.

How to Order Custom Items

Custom gift items are made just for you. Please follow the steps below.

1. Choose Your Product

Select your color and size.

2. Add Your Details

At checkout, write everything in the “Order Note” section.

Include:

• Custom text (if any)

• Design or artwork details

• Background color in RGB format or PMS Coated (Pantone) code. Example: Blue = RGB (0, 0, 255) or Pantone 286 C

• Any special instructions

• Your design file link

You can upload your files using Google Drive, Dropbox, Canva, WeTransfer, or Filemail. Filemail works well for large files and global access. If you don’t know the RGB code, just describe the color and we will match it for you.

3. Choose Quantity

Select how many items you want.

4. Checkout

Complete your order.

5. Send Your Artwork

Download our template and send your final design link in the Order Note. This helps us make sure your design fits correctly before printing.

This is a fully custom product. You must send your design. We do not accept direct file uploads. Please use a link that is accessible worldwide (anyone with link access).

How should I select my imprint colors?

Please choose your imprint colors and artwork carefully to ensure the best possible print quality and visibility.

Some products have a limited print area on a solid-colored item, while others offer all-over printing. For products with limited print areas, we recommend selecting colors that provide strong contrast with the product color. Avoid using artwork colors that closely match the product or print area, as they may blend in and reduce visibility.

For the best results, use dark imprint colors on light-colored products and light imprint colors on dark-colored products.

Before any production begins, all artwork must be reviewed and approved. If our production team identifies any potential issues with visibility, color contrast, sizing, or print quality, we will notify you and request approval or artwork adjustments before proceeding with production.

Depending on the product you order, printing may be completed at one of several authorized production facilities to ensure consistent quality, efficient turnaround, and reliable fulfillment.

Most orders are produced and fulfilled within the United States. For select products, we partner with carefully vetted international manufacturers to offer a broader selection of promotional products while maintaining reliable production and inventory.

Every product undergoes quality control and is carefully inspected before it is shipped to ensure it meets our standards.

When will my order arrive?

Production begins after your order and artwork have been reviewed and approved.

Most custom orders are produced and shipped within 7–14 business days after artwork approval. Delivery times may vary depending on the product, order quantity, customization requirements, production location, and shipping destination.

If your order requires artwork revisions or additional approval, production will begin once those changes have been finalized.
